We are staying at the contemp. If we want to go to hs what's the easiest way to get there? Should we take the mono to Epcot, then the boat to hs, or just drive to hs. Our kids have autism so we avoid taking the bus, we really just want the easiest way.

    Hi there Tara,

Thanks for writing.  I completely understand your concern.  When my son was younger, I always took the "fastest" route, which often involved driving to a park.  Taking the monorail, and then boat will take you quite a while.  You'll have to switch monorails at Ticket and Transportation Center for one headed to Epcot, and then, enter Epcot, walk through the park to the International Gateway entrance/exit, before catching a boat to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  (You'll also have to clear security at the entrance at Epcot.)  If you have a car, and want the fastest route, I would, indeed, drive.  Parking at the Studios is generally very convenient, and you can often walk directly to the park entrance (rather than hop on a tram).  You won't need to pay for parking at the park since you are staying on-site at a Disney resort.

I hope this helps!  Feel free to write back with any additional questions.

I hope your family has a trip that is as magical as you are!
