I am staying in a club level room at the Polynesian. Is it worth it to get a dinning plan?

Hi Helen! Staying in a Club Level room at any of the Deluxe resorts is a real treat. Having private access to the lounge where you can literally graze all day and evening is very special.

Because you will have a lounge to use I suggest to all guests not to get the dining plan. The lounges are open from 7am-10pm and you can start your day with warm and cold breakfast treats. Mid day is usually the quiet time and you will find snacks such as cookies or goldfish. Then starting again at 5pm they will bring out hot appetizers as well as cheese and cracker selections and much more. You will end the day with a variety of sweet selections and after dinner drinks. Wine and beer are offered in the evening hours as well. This is all complimentary to the Club Level guests.

Knowing you have all of this food at your beckon call makes me always suggest guests not use the Disney Dining Plan when a Club Level guest. I have found that you will either not be able to take advantage of the great food offered in the lounges or you will be missing and wasting meals on the Dining Plan. If you find that your plans will take you away from your resort during most of the "food" times in the lounge then you can consider using a dining plan. Hope this helps....you can find more information on the plans at www.disneyworld.com.
