    We are staying in a club level room at Disneyland in Sept. Is there a number for the concierge or an email specifically to the e-ticket lounge? Also is there a microwave in the e ticket lounge?

    Hi Sarah! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for sending this great question to us.

    It's never too soon to start planning a Disney Parks vacation, and it sounds like you have a great start. Having stayed in a club-level room before, I'm excited for you to experience this special level of Disney magic! While I don't have a phone number or email to share with you, I was able to get an answer to your question. A Cast Member I spoke with confirmed that there isn't a microwave for public use in the E-Ticket Club lounge. However, she did say that if you need something warmed, you can ask one of the Cast Members, and they would be happy to do this for you. A tip I have for you is that there is a guest-accessible room with a microwave on the first floor in each of the towers at the Disneyland Hotel.
