    We are staying club level at Boardwalk inn. Will our concierge be able to do our dinner advanced dinner reservations for us or will we still have to it ourselves?

    Hi Tracey! The Boardwalk Inn Resort is a beautiful resort with an amazing location. You can get to two of the four Disney parks by either walking or taking a boat plus the Boardwalk area lights up at night and is full of fun street entertainment.

    The Club Level Concierges can indeed assist you with your advanced dining reservations. Please be proactive and contact them before your 180 day advanced date.  They will want a list of the restaurants you are hoping to reserve as well as the number of adults and children and a time frame for each meal. Getting exact times can be hard but they can usually reserve something within 30-40 minutes of the request. Also have some backup choices listed.

    The concierges will go through the same process as you or I would but it is so nice to leave the stress of obtaining reservations to someone else. They can also obtain reservations for recreation choices.

    Enjoy being pampered on the Club Level and take advantage of the great food and drink offerings in the Club Level lounge each day.
