    We're staying close to disney springs. Is there still complimentary transportation to the parks from here? Boat or bus?

    Hey Ashley,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I’m thrilled you have sent us a question and I hope you continue to do so while finalizing your Disney vacation plans and details.

    There is no direct access to any of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks from Disney Springs. In order to travel to a Walt Disney World Resort theme park from Disney Springs you must transfer to a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and then transfer to one of the complimentary resort transportation methods traveling to the theme parks.

    However, as of August 2016, Disney buses now transport Guests from Walt Disney World Resort theme parks to Disney Springs after 4:00 p.m. This new service leaves Guests right in the heart of Disney Springs — the new Town Center!
