Hi! Staying @ CBR & wondering if there is any way to "prepay" for a goofy plush and have it waiting at reception for the staff to give my son when we get our KTTW?! If so who would I call? Thanks!

    Hi there Laura!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question! I love hearing from my fellow Canadians here online.

Arranging special 'surprises' during a Walt Disney World vacation is always so much fun!
I'd recommend that you take a peek at the Disney Floral & Gifts website to see the many products and and treats available to order in advance of your trip. I've included the link for you

Although delivery is usually made to your resort room after arrival or to the Disney Dining location of your choice, you could certainly inquire about delivery to your resort front desk with instructions to deliver to your son at check-in. Use this link to Contact A Dream Maker with your inquiry and see what else can be arranged in order to deliver the Pluto Plush of your choice! You'll notice there are several to choose from. Alternatively, you can call Disney Floral & Gifts at 407-WDW-GIFT (407-939-4438).

I hope you're able to arrange the perfect surprise for your son Laura!
Please don't hesitate to write me back if I can assist you further with your plans.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
