Staying at CBR 4/18-4/26 in a standard room. Just did online check in and requested a ground level room and a corner room...are these good options to ask for? Is Barbados, Aruba and Jamaica really that far to walk to the main area?

    Hi Carrie,

I always love a corner room. Somehow, they feel bigger and more luxurious than a room between others.

Caribbean Beach is a fun resort and is a favorite of many. One of its disadvantages is that the "villages" are pretty spread out and can sometimes be a hike from the main pool, shops and food court. Of the three sections you mentioned, Barbados is the longest walk. Jamaica and Aruba are closer than Barbados or Trinidad South and only slightly farther away than Martinique or Trinidad North.

No matter which section you are in, you will be near a bus stop, at least one pool, a playground and laundry facilities.

I advise taking your map with you on your first trip from your room to the main area. I got a litlle turned around during my last stay there and went out of my way for a good distance. (Maybe I just have a terrible sense of direction). Once you learn the way, it won't seem like that far, no matter where you are staying.

I hope that helps. I'm sure your family will have a fabulous time at the resort and Walt Disney World. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions. Enjoy!
