We are staying at CBR, What is service your way? I read something about a credit if you choose to save resources and not have your room cleaned daily. Is this for real? How do the credits work? How much is the credit and what can they be used for?

    Hi Becky,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question.

Yes, the rumours are true: select Walt Disney World Resort hotels offer the “Service Your Way” program, which gives Guests the option to decline housekeeping services during their stay. If you choose this option, you would receive a Disney Gift Card for a value of $10/night for all but one of the nights of your stay. This means that, if your stay is 6 nights long, you can receive a $50 gift card if you decline “Mousekeeping” for your stay.

I believe that Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort offers this service too, but please check when you arrive at your Resort hotel. If you have any questions about this program, make sure to direct them towards the Cast Member who will be checking you in.

I hope my answer helps you plan your vacation. As always, should you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
