I will be staying at CBR this September. I have a "preffered location" room but was wondering if I should request a building. I will be traveling with small children (10months - 7 years) and grandparents. The least amount of walking the better

Hi Deanna! I'll be happy to assist you with this question. Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a sprawling resort consisting of six exotic two-story "island villages". Take a look at the map of the resort here. The "islands" of Martinique and Trinidad North are the closest to Old Port Royale Centertown, so if convenience to the resort's main facilities is your number one priority, I would suggest requesting a preferred room in either of these two "islands." In Martinique ask for a preferred room in buildings 25, or 26. In Trinidad North request a preferred room in building 31. I personally like the "island" of Martinique as it is probably the best area for families with children. Martinique has access to two beaches and is adjacent to the resort's main pool, Old Port Royale. I would recommend requesting a Bay-View corner room since these have more windows. Corner rooms are available with either double- or king-size beds. Please keep in mind that room requests are not guaranteed. However, Cast Members will try to accommodate your preferences based on resort occupancy and other factors taking place during your arrival time. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Have a memorable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
