Staying at CBR. If our room isn't ready, will the CM's put our luggage as well as our grocery order in the room and refrigerate the perishables for us while at the park?

    Hi Jaynee,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

Because my family and I often stay in a Deluxe Villa Resort during our visits to Walt Disney World Resort (we're Disney Vacation Club members), we usually do a grocery shop before arriving at our hotel. Our room has rarely been ready when we arrive in the morning, so we’ve often asked Bell Services to store our luggage and groceries for us while we head out for some fun.

I’m happy to report that Bell Services at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort should have a refrigerator that allows them to store Guests’ perishables while they wait for their Resort Hotel room to be ready. I strongly recommend that you keep the number of bags your perishables are in to a minimum, so that you won’t be using up refrigerator storage space unnecessarily. Your fellow Guests will thank you!

As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne

Hi, I’m Lynne from Montreal, Quebec, Canada! I’m a working mom who enjoys snuggles with my son and my husband, who has been my sweetheart since 1997. As Disney Vacation Club members, we often plan trips for large, and sometimes even multi-generational, groups to come and enjoy the fun with us. Learn More About Lynne
