Hi, staying at CBR preferred room, and have requested specific building choice. Since we hope for specific building, should we still do online check in 60 days before? Maybe desk check in is better? I also planned faxing & calling CBR with our request.

    Hi John,

The Disney resorts folks always do their best to honor specific requests for things such as a specific building, early check-in or other accommodations.

In my experience, the earlier you make your request known, the better off you are. So I think doing online check-in 60 days in advance is a good idea. The resorts have to juggle lots of requests, so it's helpful for them have all your specifics, such as arrival and departure time, as soon as possible.

You might want to follow up about a week in advance then, to be sure your request has been noted and see if the resort needs any other information. Even with online check-in, you will go to the desk on arrival (you just have a different, faster line), so you can work with a cast member face-to-face if you have any problems.

I hope that helps. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions before your arrival. Enjoy your visit!
