We are staying at CBR and will not have a car. We also have a 7:30am reservation at Chef Mickey. How do we get there via the Disney transportation? Do the buses run that early to the Magic Kingdom? I know we can walk from there. thanks

Hi Sandra, thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I just love Chef Mickey’s and the great character interactions! Also, I can’t get enough of that all-you-care-to-eat breakfast buffet! Although Walt Disney World Resort’s Complimentary Resort Transportation typically starts running about 45 minutes before a theme park’s opening time,  you still have a few options to get you to Disney’s Contemporary Resort in plenty of time to enjoy all the Mickey-shaped waffles you can handle. In the past, there have been special "breakfast buses" that run for Guests with early morning dining reservations like yourself. These "breakfast buses" typically start running around 6:45 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. and would drop you off at Disney’s Magic Kingdom Theme Park, where you could either walk or hop on the monorail to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. I would ask your Disney Resort Hotel Lobby Concierge before relying too heavily on this option, as it is subject to change at any time. Another option is to take a taxi or hire a car service to take you directly from your Disney Resort Hotel to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. This is one of my favorite options as it is the least time consuming. Either way, you are sure to enjoy your entertaining and delicious breakfast!

I hope this answers your question and we look forward to seeing you again real soon!
