Staying at CBR nest month! Wondering if the pull-down toddler bed's mattress can be removed from the bed and placed on the floor? Thanks!!

Greetings, Tiffany, thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, with your great question!

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort boasts an authentic Caribbean theme, with 6 tropically themed villages, white-sand beaches surrounding a 45-acre lake called Barefoot Bay.

You’ll relax in and enjoy the recently redesigned Guest Rooms, some of which accommodate 5 people. Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort also features the intricately designed Pirate Rooms, which are a favorite with many Guests.

The Bunk-Size-Pull-Down Bed is indeed removable and measures 30” wide by 64” long. Full photos of these types of beds can be viewed in the Guest Room photo slide shows if you select Pirate Rooms under the Room Rates tab in the above link.

If you are concerned about your child falling out of bed, please rest assured that complimentary bed rails are available for your use. You may request a bed rail at check-in upon arrival, or, beforehand, at home during your Resort Online Check-In special requests section, commencing 60 days prior to your arrival.

Disney Cast Members (staff) always do their best in accommodating and anticipating Guests needs, to ensure the most comfortable, memorable and enjoyable visit. We always find it so difficult going home, from all the unique pixie dusted experiences.

Tiffany, I hope this information is of help to you. We would be pleased to offer any further planning assistance to you in the near future.
