Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Clare. Thanks for stopping by with your question!
I was recently at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and it's like stepping into a laid-back island paradise! I hope you love it. If you find yourself hanging around the resort at dinner time, I highly recommend checking out
Sebastian's Bistro. I'm still dreaming about those
Caribbean Pull-apart Rolls- Amazing!
I like that as you are planning for your upcoming trip in May, you're thinking about the best room location for your family. You are correct that not all rooms have a 5th sleeper option, but in terms of location, consider if it would be more convenient to be close to a
Disney Skyliner station or the resort's hub- Old Port Royale.
If you're ready to take flight on the Disney Skyliner, the buildings in Jamaica and Aruba are closest, specifically buildings 44-53. If you've already booked a Preferred Room, those will automatically be close to Centertown and the Fuentes del Morro Pool. Since you may have more specific needs based on your child's medical condition, my recommendation would be to call
Guest Services and let them know your needs and concerns. That Cast Member may offer additional insight and be able to make a notation on your reservation.
Best wishes, Clare, for an unforgettable trip with your family! I hope you'll come back and see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you might have.
