We are staying at CBR and have a 9:00 a.m. brunch reservation at 1900 Park Fare on Saturday, March 12, 2011 before heading home. Using park transportation, what is the quickest route? How much time should we budget for travel?

    Hello Emily!

You are going to have a wonderful time dining at 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa!  There are many ways to travel from the Caribbean Beach Resort to the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, but I will give you what I believe is the quickest route using Disney Transportation.  First take a Disney Bus from the Caribbean Beach Resort to the Magic Kingdom.  Once you are at the Magic Kingdom do not go into the gates, but instead take the Resort Monorail or a boat to the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.  The boat is actually a direct trip whereas the Resort Monorail will make 3 stops before it stops at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.  I would recommend taking the boat if there is one waiting at the dock when you get to the Magic Kingdom.  If there is no boat waiting, then take the Resort Monorail.  This trip will take you 40 to 60 minutes depending on if there is a bus, Monorail, or boat waiting for you after each leg of your journey.  If you are really in a time crunch, you can take a taxi directly from the Caribbean Beach Resort to the Grand Floridan Resort and Spa (this typically costs under $20.00 including tip).  This trip in a taxi will take you 15 to 20 minutes.

I hope that you have a brunch to remember at 1900 Park Fare!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
