Hi, staying at CBR & have breakfast reserv.1 morn. for Chef Mickeys and another for Cape May Cafe. Heard that getting from resort to resort on WDW buses is not easy. Can you tell me best way to get from CBR to each of these & time it will take

Hello Chris!  You are correct - there are no direct buses from resort to resort (unless the bus happens to be shared by the other resort).  In order to accomplish getting from resort to resort using Disney transportation, you'll need to use a theme park or Downtown Disney as a "hub" to transfer.

Getting to Chef Mickey's is pretty easy.  You can just hop on a bus headed to Magic Kingdom and either walk to the Contemporary (there is a walking path) or take the monorail over.  However, when you board the bus, do let the driver know that you are actually going to Chef Mickey's and if his or her schedule permits, they may be able to drop you off at the Contemporary.

For Cape May Cafe, you'll want to take a bus to either Hollywood Studios or Epcot and transfer to a bus headed to the Beach Club.

Of course you always have the option to take a taxi - there are usually plenty of taxis located outside each resort lobby.  Bell Services can assist you with a taxi if needed.  Diane
