I am staying at the CBR in April and just learned about the main pool. I am traveling with a 4 year old and trying to decide if I should change resorts, If I do what other ones would you recomend? Thanks

I would recommend Port Orleans French Quarter (POFQ).

The New Orleans at Mardi Gras theme is playful and fun. It is a small, quaint resort (compared to the other moderate hotels) which makes for shorter walks especially when pushing a stroller.

Your 4 year old will enjoy the playground which is near the pool. The POFQ pool, Doubloon Lagoon, will be lots of fun.  Sliding down the tongue of Scales, the resident sea serpent, can be delightful. There are also alligator fountains.

You can walk to Port Orleans Riverside, rent a boat or bike and enjoy the arcade.

Utilize the boat transportation to Downtown Disney which is a pleasant journey for adults and an exciting adventure for younger children.

Your family can walk to Port Orleans Riverside for additional meal options. The food court at POFQ is very convenient to all rooms.

There is only one bus stop. Buses stop here first before going over to Riverside. You should have a much better chance for obtaining an open seat, rather than a bus with standing room only.

We have great memories at this resort. I hope you find a resort that works well for your family!
