We are staying at the Carribean Beach Resort in November and we have dinner reservations at Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary. What would be the quickest way to get there since we are flying to Disney and will not have a car. Thanks

    Hi Tammy!

If you would like to use Disney'r transportation, then I think the simplest way to get to the Contemporary from your resort is to take the Disney bus service to Magic Kingdom, and then hop over to the Contemporary which is a close neighbor. You may choose to take a short walk over, or you might want to hop on the monorail to get there. I might walk as it is sometimes a little faster, but that's if I've already had a good dose of the monorail in my vacation. Sometimes I let the monorail do a full loop around before I disembark at my destination, because it's part of the Disney magic and a must do on my vacations, in my opinion!

Of course, the quickest way might be by taxi from your resort, and it may be a valid option if you feel it would better suit your schedule. Taking the bus from the Caribbean Beach Resort to Magic Kingdom may cut into your schedule by about 45, add to that another 10 or 15 minutes from Magic Kingdom to get to the Contemporary. This would really depend on how you would prefer to spend the hour before your reservation.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
