    We are staying at Carribean Beach Resort in August. We are flying in with Southwest Airlines. Can you tell me if Southwest has luggage pickup/ airline check in service at Carribean Beach. Thanks!”

    Hi Julie,

    You are able to attach your luggage tags to your suitcases and have them forwarded to the Caribbean Beach Resort (upon arrival) if you are using Disney's Magical Express but for the airline check-in service, unfortunately, in your case the answer is no.  There are a couple of reasons for this, one being that you are from Canada (this service is only available to guests flying within the US) and secondly, you must be flying with a participating airline and Southwest is not one of those participating.  Please see the following information which comes directly from the WDW website in the FAQ's:

    A benefit offered to Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels who are departing on participating airlines from Orlando International Airport. You can check your luggage and receive your airline boarding pass right at your Resort hotel. The service is available only if you are flying within the U.S. on:

    AirTran
    Alaska Airlines
    American Airlines
    Continental
    Delta Air Lines
    JetBlue
    Northwest
    United
    US Airways
