We are staying @CaribbeanBR and want to visit HS w/my grandfather, who retired after Disney working for Disney for 29.5 yrs. We cannot figure out how he, as a retired cast member, can make a reservation. We have tried calling dozens of numbers w/no answer

    Hi, Jessica! Welcome to planDisney!

What an amazing career your grandfather had! I bet he has some great stories from his time as a Walt Disney World Cast Member. It would certainly be quite an experience to visit the theme parks with him and hear some of his behind-the-scenes insight on The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Jessica, it sounds like your grandfather would like to use his theme park admission benefit to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios with you. I was able to find a Frequently Asked Questions page on the Disney retirees' website that looks like it may point to an answer to your question. The second Q&A on the page notes that you'll find details for making Disney Park Pass reservations, and includes a link your grandfather can click on to log into the retiree site. There's also a phone number listed on the page for Cast Admissions that may be helpful.

You'll find the FAQ page by copying and pasting this address into your browser: https://disneyretiree.com/help/faq/.

I hope this helps you have a wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your amazing grandfather, Jessica. Please send him regards from the planDisney team on his years of making magic for Guests like us. We're all big fans of Disney Cast Members!

Thanks for stopping by, and enjoy your stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
