We are staying at the Caribbean Resort with our 2.5 year old and 4 month old in a few weeks. I just saw that there are no microwaves in the rooms and my daughter (who won't nurse) needs bottles heated up. Can I special request one?

    Hi Maura!

Thanks for sending your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are correct, the rooms at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort do not have microwaves. I called Guest Services (1-407-934-3400) to inquire if it is possible to request a microwave and was told that they do not offer any. You can however use the microwave located at the Old Port Royale Food Court, although it may not be as convenient for you. When my kids were infants, I would bring a portable bottle warmer and would even carry it with me to the parks, so that may be an option for you. However, if a microwave is a must have, you may want to consider switching resorts to one that offers them in the rooms. Disney's Art of Animation is a fun option that includes the microwaves in each room.

Did you know?: Located in all four theme parks, is a special place for little ones called the Baby Care Center. Here you can find an on-site shop which sells baby food, formula, juice, diapers and even some popular over the counter children's medications. It is also a great place to bring the little ones for nursing, bottle warming  and diaper changing.

It has been a pleasure assisting you Maura! Please feel free to send in any other questions you may have.

    Happy Planning!
