    i am staying at the caribbean resort in march 2017 i purchased our tickets for parks separately, after getting canadian discount. where do i pick up my tickets upon arrival?

    Bonjour Nicole, 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question. 

    From what I understand, you don’t actually need to pick up an actual card in order to use your specially priced Canadian Resident Theme Park Tickets. You can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account using the confirmation number that you received when you purchased them. You will, however, have to activate your tickets by visiting Guest Relations at any Theme Park with your passports prior to using your tickets for the first time.
