We are staying at the Caribbean Bearch Resort. My parents are staying offsite & spending a couple days at the Theme Parks with us. Can they visit us at the resort? If so can they use the pool? Can they park a the resort and take the bus with us?

    Hi Michael,
Your Ontario neighbour here!  I was just at the Caribbean Beach resort in December and it is fantastic!

I am told that YES, your parents can visit.  When you check in, you must let the hotel know when you will be expecting guests so they can advise the front gate security to allow them in.  The front gate will let them know where to park.  They will be able to park for a maximum of three hours.  If they will stay longer than three hours, they will need to use the valet parking ($12 per day).  The front gate cast member will direct them as to where this parking lot is.

As to whether they can use the pool with you: pools and hotel facilities are only for the use of guests.  Tell the front desk that you are expecting guests and, depending on the number of hotel guests that day, they may be allowed to be at the pool.  Resort transportation is for use of resort guests only.

Michael, I hope this helps!  Have a fantastic family vacation!

Walt Disney World stole my heart when my parents introduced me to the magic the year it opened. I fondly remember my first 'Mickey Mouse in a Glass House' balloon! I still visit with my parents-and now with my husband and our two teens. Learn More About Lynn
