Staying at the Caribbean Beach resort in a standard room Oct. 2016 which villages are the best to stay in and which ones should we avoid? We've never stayed at the CBR before so we want to make sure we get the best location. :-)

Hello Erica! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I happen to LOVE staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  I've stayed at almost all of the Disney Resorts and this is the one we always go back to.

The resort, as I am sure you've heard, is quite large and there can be a bit of walking to get to your room. This has never bothered my family and we've stayed in the furthest building from the main area more times than I can count. If you plan to request a building, I would request Trinidad North or Martinique. Those two buildings are the closest to Old Port Royale Centertown and the main pool.

I hope you have so much fun staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
