Caribbean Beach Pool

    Hello! We are staying at the Caribbean Beach resort soon, and I was wondering if we need to bring our own towels for the pool, or if they are provided. Thank you!

    Hi Tricia, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question! I’m positively starry-eyed at the thought of splashing the day away in the pool while on vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, especially when I see the piles of snow outside my window right now!

    Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a great pick for your upcoming Disney Parks vacation. There are some real perks to choosing this hotel for your stay: access to the Disney Skyliner (my favourite way to travel in style through Walt Disney World Resort) and eat at Sebastian’s Bistro, one of my favourite Disney Dining “hidden gems” that I discovered during one of my recent trips. The Resort’s theming is quite unique too, with its 5 distinct “villages” that all have a different look and feel.  

    From what I understand, the leisure pools at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and its “feature” (main) pool, Fuentes del Morro Pool, all have towel service for you to enjoy during your stay. You shouldn’t need to bring your own towels from your room but, if for some strange reason they aren’t available at the pools when you go for a swim, please call Mousekeeping from your hotel room and they’ll be more than happy to bring you some more for you to use. 

    Please note that from January 2025 through April 2024, the Fuentes del Morro Pool will unfortunately be closed for routine maintenance. If you are visiting soon, I’m sorry to say that this closure might take place during your upcoming vacation. If so, don’t worry! You can use any one of the FIVE other pools at your Resort during your stay. I think that “pool hopping” between the various villages might be a fun way to beat the heat and really explore all that your Resort has to offer!
