We are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort 11/8-11/14. we rented a scooter I read you don’t have elevators then I called and she said they do. Is there a direct # for that resort so I can request a floor room

Welcome to planDisney, Lisa! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today.

You're right, the buildings at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort do not have elevators, only stairs. If stairs are not an option for you, it's a great idea to request a first-floor room. You can do this when you're completing Direct to Room Online Check-In, but since this is an important accommodation for you, calling and putting in a request with your reservation is also recommended. You won't need to call the Resort Hotel directly to do this, you only need to call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations so a friendly Disney Cast Member can add this request to your booking.

While you're at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, be sure to check out some of the amazing dining that they're known for! Sebastian's Bistro is a hidden gem and has a delicious island-inspired family-style menu that's perfect for dinner. You're also just a Disney Skyliner ride away from Disney's Riviera Resort, which has amazing coffee at Le Petit Café and a wonderful Quick-Service restaurant: Primo Piatto!

I hope this answers your question, Lisa, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
