We are staying at Caribbean Beach Resort on our November trip. Is there a market area where we can purchase 1/2 gallons or quarts of milk for breakfasts and 2 liter bottles of soda for evenings? Or will we need to buy off site? Thanks.

    Hi Roy,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question.

Since May 2017, the following venues at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort have been unavailable due to refurbishment: Old Port Royale Food Court, Shutters at Old Port Royale and Calypso Trading Post. From what I understand, this has had an impact on the types of items available for purchase at the Resort, including many of the grocery-type items that are available in most Walt Disney World Resort hotel stores and food courts.

Because I’m not sure whether these locations will be open in November 2018, I can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to purchase larger-sized formats of milk and soda during your upcoming stay. Because of this, I’d recommend purchasing them at an “off-site” retailer or using a grocery delivery service in order to have them shipped straight to your Resort.

I hope my answer helps you plan your vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
