We are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort next month for ten days with three small children. What is the best area to stay in at the resort?

Hi there, Amy.  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort happens to be my very favorite place to stay at Walt Disney World. From the moment I check in it feels like I've escaped to a lush, tropical destination.  If you are looking to stay closest to the main pool area, I would request either the Martinique buildings or Trinidad North. Those two are the closest.  It's funny, it's my favorite resort but I've never been lucky enough to have a room close to the main areas.  We've typically always been put in the Jamaica or Aruba buildings.  Even though we've always had a bit of a walk, my family has never complained.  We love to look at all the pretty landscaping, watch for turtles as we cross the bridge at Caribbean Cay and my husband loves to take a nap in the hammocks on the white sandy beaches.  It's just a beautiful place.

I really hope you enjoy your stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  If you have any other questions about it, I'd love for you to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
