Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort with a 9month old. 2 year old, mom, dad, and 2 grandparents. Wondering when I do online check-in, what would be the best location to request in terms of bus stops, food and pool area with such small children?

    Hi Stacey!

    Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation and stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort!

    You can process your Online Check In beginning 10 days prior to arrival. Specific building requests are not input at this time, however you can call in to have a note of this sort added to your file.

    In terms of which villages are best to request and based on the ages of your little ones and travel companions, I think you'd likely prefer to be as close as possible to Old Port Royale, the location of dining, shopping & the main, themed pool area. The nearest "villages" are Trinidad North & Martinique on either side and the villages directly across Barefoot Bay - Jamaica or Aruba. The 2 villages across the water are connected via footbridges across a beautiful little island.

    If you wish to take it one step further, you may want to speak with a Cast Member and ask to have a "note" put on your reservation file requesting a specific building or village within the resort. *Do note that this is a request and not a guarantee. Your reservation notes will be taken into account when your room is assigned and Cast Members at the resort will do their best to meet your request(s) if they're available for your dates of stay. To have a note added to your resort reservation file, simply call (407) 939-7675 and have your confirmation number handy.

    If you haven't already done so, you may want to consider upgrading to a 'Preferred Room' location allowing you an even greater likelihood to be as close as possible to the main pool & dining areas.
