We will be staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort in March. How, specifically, do I request a Pack 'n Play online? I have looked everywhere on my reservation and can't find a place to request it. I tried calling but the wait is over 25 minutes!

Hi Deborah! Thank you for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World!

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is one of my favorite hotels at Walt Disney World. Plus, after recently seeing the refurbishments that Disney made to Old Port Royale, it makes it that much better!

Just last year my wife, daughter and I had the opportunity to utilize one of the complementary easy-to-assemble Pack ‘n Play playards offered by Disney. While we had initially planned to add this to our reservation prior to departure, we completely forgot.

However, upon check-in at our hotel, we spoke to a friendly Cast Member at the Front Desk and upon entering our room, the Pack ‘n Play was waiting for us. While you might try contacting Guest Services again by phone or by chat, don’t fret as even if you cannot get through, I’m confident Disney will work their magic.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day and tell Mickey I said hello!
