Hello there, Lisa, and welcome back to planDisney!
I’m so excited to hear all about your upcoming plans! You’re going to have an incredible time making all these memories! If you haven’t already done so, I recommend purchasing
Memory Maker. It’s a fun and easy way to preserve those memories with the help of
Disney PhotoPass photographers. I love that everyone can be in the picture, especially since before purchasing Memory Maker, my husband and I had to alternate between being in the photo and taking the photo. It’s so nice to see the family in one photo. Honestly, our Disney photos are probably the best family photos we’ve ever taken.
When it comes to your reservation, you can absolutely use a rideshare to get over to Steakhouse 71. I recommend having your My Disney Experience mobile app open and ready when you arrive at the
Contemporary. The Cast Member working the gate will need to see your reservation so that your rideshare can enter the resort and drop you off. After you've finished breakfast, you can take the walking pathway from the Contemporary to Magic Kingdom or head over to the
Monorail to get to the front entrance of Magic Kingdom. If you are on a tight schedule, I recommend walking over; it’s a quick walk!
At the end of your Disney day, you’ll be able to take the
buses back to your home resort, depending on which resort you are staying at. After your tour, I recommend resting your feet and getting a good laugh at the
Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor. It’s my husband's Magic Kingdom must-do and it is hilarious! I always forget how good the show is until we repeat it.
Lisa, I hope this answers your question. And if you think of anything else, you know where to find us!
Magical Memories,
Shantel
