We are staying at Caribbean Beach Resort and I would like to know if you can walk from that resort to Art of Animation.

Hi, Wendy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You will just LOVE Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort! Keep in mind that there are currently a number of refurbishments happening at your Disney Resort hotel, but there are many great temporary dining locations! Make sure to stop at Centertown Food Truck! Food Trucks are my favorite food group! As for walking to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, I would not advise it. There are many major intersections and it is not a “walking friendly” area, so to speak. Guests are encouraged to use the Complimentary Walt Disney World Resort Transportation, rent a car, or even take a taxi. In order to use the bus transportation, simply take a bus to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and then transfer to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. The total trip should take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. A quicker method would be to take a taxi cab, which your Disney Resort hotel concierge would be happy to arrange for you. It would only be a 5-minute taxi cab ride.

I hope this answers your question and you have a wonderful vacation!
