Hello and welcome to planDisney, Kristyn. Thanks for stopping by with your question.
Kristyn,
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is one of my favorite places to stay while on a vacation at Walt Disney World. I would venture to say that I've stayed there more than any other resort on property. June is a perfect month to visit. I hope you'll schedule some time in your itinerary to enjoy the
Fuentes del Morro pool (the main pool) at the resort. It's so much fun. It's a zero-entry pool with two water slides, water cannons and tons of room to enjoy without feeling on top of other people. There's also a relaxing hot tub tucked away in a private corner that feels so nice in the evenings after a long day at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. It's a must-do! The pool bar,
Banana Cabana, has a lot of fun drinks (alcoholic and non) and it feels like the perfect tropical getaway right in the middle of Walt Disney World.
I think you'll be happy to know that you can find a few microwaves for you to use at the
Centertown Market which is the food court area at the resort. You will have access to these anytime the food court is open which is around 7:00 a.m. until about 11:00 p.m. at night. These are found close to the drink machine area and you'll also see some toasters that you are welcome to use as well.
Another bonus about staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is the addition of the
Disney Skyliner. It makes it so convenient to get to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios from the resort. Plus, it's so fun to take a ride in the sky and get a bird's eye view of the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have any other questions as you plan your trip, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have fun and enjoy!
