Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort in the fall and was planning on renting the mini-powerboats. However, I understand they are not available at Caribbean Beach. If that is correct, where can those be rented?

    Cheryl:

    Yes, the popular two-seater Sea Raycers are no longer available at some of the resorts that have marinas.

    However, my favorite body of water on which to ride the memorable Sea Raycers is on Seven Seas Lagoon. There's something about being able to get up and close to the Magic Kingdom. Around there, you have lots of open space to ride along the coastline and enjoy the Magic Kingdom resorts like The Contemporary, Grand Floridian or Polynesian. Through the side channel by The Contemporary, you can also explore nearby Bay Lake allowing you to take a spin to check out sites like Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness along with getting a closer look to spy on my favorite, the now-closed River Country. You can rent a Sea Raycer at any of the marinas at these resorts.
