Hi there, Diane!
Thanks for stopping by with a fantastic
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I'm thrilled to hear you'll be staying at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground in just a short couple of months. Soon, you'll be relaxing in the quiet wilderness just outside Magic Kingdom Park!
Diane, at the time of writing, the
Hours & Events Calendar on the Walt Disney World Resort website only lists information through January 4, 2023. I recommend keeping a close eye on the website, as I expect details for the dates of your visit to be available very soon! At this time,
Happily Ever After illuminates the sky above Magic Kingdom Park every night, pending weather and other considerations. Since no new nighttime entertainment offerings have been announced currently, I think it's very likely you'll be able to see Happily Ever After during your visit! However, if any changes are planned before then, you'll probably see announcements made on the
Disney Parks Blog.
I'm happy to inform you that you do not need to purchase theme park admission prior to making
dining reservations, Diane! Dining reservations can be made up to 60 days before your scheduled arrival. Guests staying at eligible Disney Resort hotels (including Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground) can make dining and
Enchanting Extras Collection reservations for the length of their stay (up to 10 days) beginning 60 days before their scheduled check-in. That means your dining booking window is just days away, so be sure to map out your "must-eats" soon!
Diane, I hope this information helps you prepare for a wonder-filled wintertime Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I'm wishing you lots of laughs and happy memories made in the theme parks! If you have any additional planning questions, you may always revisit us at
planDisney. We're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
