Welcome back to planDisney, Hallie!
Oooh, you must be so excited for your upcoming stay at
Walt Disney World. It's right around the calendar corner!
We absolutely love staying in
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort; the beautiful, quiet setting, the updated yet cozy cabin, the additional charm of the resort, all make for an outstanding place to call home throughout your stay. You're going to love it, too!
As you plan your vacation in The Most Magical Place on Earth, familiarize yourself with the latest updates throughout the parks and resorts. For example,
Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go details all you'll need to know for your resort stay. There, you'll see requirements include "Face coverings for each Guest age 2 and up--which must be worn in all public areas, except while swimming or seated for dining".
If you look at the
map of The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you'll see that cabins are grouped together, so the area between each is considered public. This also applies to walking or driving a golf cart, as you are traveling through public areas. However, you'll have a convenient picnic table right at your cabin door, so no mask is needed while dining there. Plus, the interior of your cabin is so spacious, playtime indoors is sure to be a blast!
Keep in mind that if you and your family choose to enjoy some water fun at the
Pools at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you'll be able to remove those masks while swimming. At the Meadow Swimmin' Pool, you'll even find a crazy-cool water slide
plus a kids' water play area, perfect for running off some extra energy.
As you pack the most pixie dust into your plans, Hallie, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
