    I am staying at Cabins and Fort Wilderness. Do I need to call ahead to add lightning lane access to my disney experience? I do not see it on the app.

    A stay at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort sounds absolutely dreamy right now! There is something extra special about being surrounded by the peacefulness of nature, but knowing that you are right around the corner from the excitement of the theme parks. You will love your vacation there!

    You should be able to add Disney Genie+ to your Walt Disney World theme park tickets in advance on the My Disney Experience mobile app and I'm happy to walk you through the process! On the app, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then select "Tickets and Passes." On that screen, select one of the tickets you want to add Disney Genie+ to, and the option to "Change Ticket" should appear. Once you have selected to change your ticket, you should be walked through the process of adding Disney Genie+.

    If you are still having trouble, you will want to give Disney a call directly at (407) 934-7639. You can also wait and purchase Disney Genie+ on the morning of your visit through the app.
