We are staying at the Cabins at Fort Wilderness for our July 15-21 trip to WDW. We have tickets for Early Morning Magic Hours for July 16. I have been trying to figure out the best way to get there in plenty of time! Can you help?

    Hello Sarah!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- long time, no see!  We are glad that you brought this great question to us.

I love Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! There are so many great activities and the abundance of nature makes it hard to believe that you are actually so close to the Magic Kingdom. By far the easiest way to get to the Magic Kingdom is via the boat service. The boats typically begin running about 30 - 45 minutes before the park opens, including Disney Early Morning Magic- Fantasyland.   Therefore, I would recommend getting to the boat dock by 6:45 am.  You don't want to miss a moment of your extra time!

While staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, make sure and spend an evening at Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long.  The free event happens every evening and includes a marshmallow roast, cowboy songs, and of  course, our favorite dynamic duo- Chip 'n' Dale!

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
