    hi ... i will be staying in the cabin at the fort wilderness, do u know of a nearby grocery store?  i understand fort wilderness has a small tuck shop, but i was hoping for something with a larger selection. thank you !!!

    When we camp at Disney, we try to get our grocery shopping done before we get to Fort Wilderness, too.  Although the Meadows Trading Post is stock full of items like bread, hot dogs, and even frozen pizza and donuts, it probably isn't your best option for a week's worth of groceries.

    If you have a car, I recommend heading to Wal-Mart off of SRS 535.  The exact address is:
    3250 Vineland Road, Kissimmee, FL

    If you're coming to Disney via the toll road SR 429, there is a Publix at the Hwy 192 exit. It's exact address is: 14928 E Orange Lake Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747-8210.

    If you don't have access to a car, Disney Mom Kay has used and recommends www.gardengrocer.com.  You can place your order online and they will deliver your groceries right to your cabin!
