We are staying at Boulder Ridge Villas this August. We are a family of 4 that includes 2 boys aged 13 and 17. My question is will a studio allow the boys to have a separate bed as they do not like sharing? Thanks for your help.

    Hi Janet,

Thank you for posting a question that made me grin from ear to ear. I love everything about Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge! As a Disney Vacation Club member, it is my home resort. In my mind, there's no place like it anywhere in the world. It is so peaceful and perfectly themed. You and your family are going to have so much fun.

I have great news for you. As long as the adults in your room don't mind sharing a queen-size bed, your boys will each be able to have their own bed during your upcoming visit in August. When the guest rooms at Boulder Ridge Villas underwent refurbishment a few years ago, a twin-size murphy bed was added beneath the television cabinet in each studio. Unless the shorter of your two sons is extremely tall, it would be the perfect place for him to sleep. Thus, while your boys will have the opportunity to share many wonderful memories this summer at Walt Disney World, they will not have to share a bed.

If there is anything else you'd like to know about Boulder Ridge Villas, like where the best hidden Mickeys are or when you can catch Fire Rock Geyser erupt, please send more questions. I could talk all day about this magnificent, enchanting resort. (My husband will verify that.)

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Jill
