Hello Tamara,
Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you’ve asked a question today, it’s always great to chat with a fellow
Disney Vacation Club Member. I love the flexibility a DVC Membership gives when looking to plan a vacation; I enjoy being able to customize many aspects of my trip.
Staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel takes so much stress off planning. These resorts have the Disney touch and Guests know that they will have a positive experience. If Guests with to add a special touch to their vacation, they can book
Club Level Concierge and enjoy personalized service in addition to a Club Level Lounge. These Lounges are found at a number of Disney Deluxe Resort hotels and at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. The Lounges include complimentary continental breakfast, evening wine and beer selections, desserts and cordials. When you need help with dining reservations, park or transportation info, the Club Level Concierge can help.
While some Disney Vacation Club resorts have a
Club Level Concierge, the only one that can be booked with Vacation Points is at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jambo House. If you’d like to book Club Level Concierge for your stay at Boulder Ridge, you’ll need to have a resort reservation that uses Reservation Points (check the
Points Chart here). Since it is an exchange, Guests must pay a non-refundable $95 fee to convert their Points from Vacation Points to Reservation Points (pricing is subject to change). The Rule of Four will also apply to this type of reservation which means that within the last four months of your Use Year, you cannot both book and travel with the majority of Disney Collection exchange options so be sure to keep your Use Year in mind.
Tamara, I hope this answer settles your question. Thanks for visiting planDisney and be sure to revisit if you have any further questions!
See ya real soon,
Candace
