    Staying at the Boardwalk Villas can we take the boat to Epcot, then take the monorail to arrive at Magic Kingdom for 8am? Or does the boat drop us off at the wrong entrance?

    Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Villas are beautiful, excellent choice! One of my favorite features of this whimsical resort is its location. It's nestled between Epcot and Hollywood Studios and really is in the heart of the magic. 

    Another great feature is the multiple modes of transportation available, one of which is boat transportation or "water taxi" that travels to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. However, the boat transportation to Epcot drops guests off at the International Gateway Entrance, located at the back of Epcot near the United Kingdom and France pavilions of World Showcase. With Epcot not opening until 9:00am, guests won't be permitted to enter the park and walk through to get to the Monorail Station, located outside the front entrance.

    To get to Magic Kingdom from the BoardWalk Villas for an 8:00am opening, your best bet is to utilize Disney Bus Transportation available at the BoardWalk's bus stop. Another option, to save time, is to try Disney's newest mode of transportation, Minnie Van Service. This service is operated by the Lyft company and is available for guests staying at Disney's BoardWalk Resort! Just select the highlighted link to read more about this option. If you choose the Minnie Van Service, your driver would drop you off at the Transportation and Ticket Center where you would then take the Express Monorail to Magic Kingdom.
