Salut Nancy!
Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I was so excited when I saw a fellow Québécoise in our queue, and I am thrilled to be answering your question today. I always love staying at the Disney Resort hotels during my Disney vacations as they bring the Disney magic with you even after your theme park days. Plus, is there a better way to start your day than with Mickey Mouse waffles?
After doing some research on the
Disney BoardWalk Villas, finding which floor exactly has the long, continual balconies is a bit confusing! Therefore, I was advised that the best way to make that request would be to
call the reservation center at (407) 939-1936 or email them at guest.services@disneyworld.com. You can also use the
online form to get more information on the topic! However, from doing personal research, it did seem like the rooms on the third floor often had smaller, separated balconies. I was also advised that only the three-bedroom grand villas had continual balconies, which is consistent with the footage I found online. Still, I highly suggest contacting the Reservation Center directly using the contact methods above, as they will be best suited to answer this question for you and help put in that request.
Now, Nancy, since I do not know exactly when you will be visiting, I thought I would share some exciting news announced earlier this year about
new experiences coming to Disney's BoardWalk! As a big foodie myself, I absolutely cannot wait for The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers, which is expected to open in 2023. This well-known bakery will include delicious savoury and sweet options, which is perfect for accommodating your whole party. Most importantly, however, it will feature beautiful and tasty desserts that are perfect for treating yourself on your Disney vacation. Plus, cake for breakfast is a special kind of magical!
I hope this was helpful, Nancy, and that you will have the most magical stay on your next Walt Disney World Resort trip. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your vacation, please don't hesitate to reach back out. It is always an honour to help fellow Québécois et Québécoises, in English and French!
À bientôt et bon appétit,
Ariane
