    We are staying at the Boardwalk Disney resort this May. My mom and step dad will also be in Orlando at that same time and were planning on meeting up with us, but not staying at a Disney hotel. Can they visit us at our Resort?

    Hi Ashley!

         Yes, you can have visitors come and visit you when you are staying Walt Disney World Resort!  Your Mom and Step Dad will have to inform the Cast Member at the front gate to the Boardwalk Resort that they are visiting you and give them your name.  I have visited friends and family at a Walt Disney World Resort lots of times and I have even some friends and family visit me.  Visiting other Walt Disney World Resorts is a great way to see which one that you might want to stay at on your next Walt Disney World vacation!
