    Staying at BLT, and after long hours of travel, do they have assistance with getting your bags to your room for you?

    Hi Robyn,

    Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

    You will find assistance with your luggage at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  When you arrive, you can ask a cast member in the lobby of Bay Lake Tower to help you get Bell Services assistance with your luggage, and they will call Bell Services to help you with your luggage.  You should know that if you arrive extremely early in the morning or extremely late at night, you will need to go to the lobby of Disney's Contemporary Resort for this assistance.  Either way, Disney will be able to provide you with Bell Services for assistance with your luggage.
