    we will staying BLT dec21-dec27 2014. I live close by but the rest of the family is out of state. Can I have them send me the children's Xmas presents. I am looking for temp storage space for 1 week prior to our arrival for presents. thank

    Hi Roy,

    Wow, staying at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort over the week of Christmas will be truly magical.  Be sure to head to Disney's Contemporary Resort and take the monorail to Disney's Polynesian Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to see the amazing holiday decorations at these resorts.  From Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, you will even be able to walk to the Magic Kingdom to see all of the wonderful Christmas decorations there!

    I called and checked with a cast member who informed me that it should be fine for packages to be shipped to you a little bit ahead of your arrival at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  When the packages are addressed, be sure that they include your name (or the name of the person who holds the reservation) as well as your check-in date on the package.  Including your reservation number would also be helpful.  These can be shipped to Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, 4600 North World Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8413.  When you arrive, simply mention to the cast member at check in that you have packages waiting, and the cast member should be able to help you locate them.
