We are staying at BLK. We will walk to MK. And plan to take monorail to Epcot. But not sure exactly how I get from BLT to Epcot (transfers?) via the monorail. And then how to get from Epcot to DHS. Wish there were routes or something posted online?

Hi Nancy!  Many guests find the transportation intimidating but once you are there you will actually see it is fairly easy to get around and to understand. You are staying at a great location to get to the parks too.

You will have a short walk to and from the Magic Kingdom from the Towers which will be super convenient. To get to Epcot just catch the monorail in the main building of the Contemporary and get off at the next stop which is the Transportation and Ticket Center.  When you get off check look at the signs as there will be those that point to the Epcot monorail. They are very easy to follow and basically right next to the monorail you just left.  I love the ride to Epcot as it is relaxing and fun to watch for deer and other wildlife. Once you get the park it will circle you around so you get a view of Future World before you stop to depart. To get back to the Towers via monorail you will just repeat this in reverse. When you get off at the Transportation and Ticket Center you will look for the resort monorail and stay on that until you reach the Contemporary Resort.

If you are wishing to go to Hollywood Studios from Epcot it is very easy.  When you look at the Epcot map you will see the International Gateway entrance in the World Showcase located between the United Kingdom and France pavilions.  Exit the park at this location and you will immediately see a boat launch area. Hop on this boat and stay on until you reach the Studios park. To get back to Epcot you repeat this in reverse. You can also catch the Contemporary Resort bus from the Studios to return home.

Hope this helps....you will find it far less intimidating then it sounds and there are always cast members around to answer any of your questions!
