We will be staying in a 2 bedroom Villa at Old Key West. Do they still have a drip style coffee maker? Have they switched over to the full size toiletries in the bathrooms? There will be 6 of us in the villa and I want to pack accordingly. Thank you!

    Hiya Amy Jo!

Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney.  Amy Jo, how exciting that your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort stay is just around the riverbend.  Disney's Old Key West Resort is a great choice, as it was where I stayed for our very first Disney Vacation Club Resort experience. The home away from home amenities at this spacious Resort inspired us to become Members, so it holds a special place in my heart.

Amy Jo, like you, I love to have my fresh brewed coffee in the morning, as it helps me have a bit more Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah in my step (especially for those early Rope Drops.)  I confirmed that in Disney's Old Key West Villas, including the two-bedroom Villas, they are currently using the full-size traditional drip coffee pots. If you prefer a Keurig or single-serving style pot, you can call Disney Vacation Club Member Services to put a request on your reservation before your arrival.  Should it not be there when you arrive, you can ask the Front Desk if they can send one to your Villa, though please note these are subject to availability.

But if the traditional full-size drip coffee pot will help you get that extra pixie dust you seek in the morning, you should be all set when you arrive to your Villa.  Remember your two-bedroom Villa will be equipped with a full-size kitchen with gadgets and gizmos aplenty for all of your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack needs.  It's a great way to enjoy the benefits of your home away from home while immersing yourself in Disney magic.

I hope this helps you, Amy Jo! If you have any additional Disney Vacation Club or Disney vacation planning questions, stop back and see me here. I'll be so happy to help you.

    Magically yours,
    Keri
