We are staying at 2-bedroom villa at Disney's Old Key West in Sept. we are not part of DVC. Will we have housekeeping everyday & will they provide coffee for the coffeemaker? Thank you!

Hi Daniella, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You must be counting down already for your upcoming stay in one of the spacious 2 Bedroom Villas at Disney's Old Key West Resort! This beautiful and tranquil Resort, with its tropical vibe and pretty pastel shades provides for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, but is still just a short boat ride away from Disney Springs, where you will find countless dining, shopping and entertainment options for everyone in the family.

Daniella, if you booked a regular cash reservation with Disney, you will receive regular housekeeping services (or "Mousekeeping" as I like to call it) each day during your stay. This will include replenishment of coffee supplies, including pre-packaged coffee filter pods daily. Your Villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, along with a full sized drip coffee maker which takes the flat bottom, basket style filters. If your family enjoys a lot of coffee during vacation, you may still want to bring some extra coffee and filters from home.

If your Villa was booked by a member using Disney Vacation Club points and you are staying seven or fewer days, you will receive complimentary Trash & Towel Service on Day 4 of your vacation. Mousekeepers will collect trash, provide fresh towels, and replace toiletries, facial tissues, toilet paper, detergent, and coffee supplies. For stays of eight days or more, you receive a full cleaning on Day 4, with Trash & Towel Service provided again on Day 8. Additional housekeeping services are also available for a nominal fee. Simply contact the Front Desk or press Housekeeping on your phone to make arrangements.

Daniella, I wish you a magical upcoming stay in tropical paradise at Old Key West!
