Staying in 2 bedroom villa at AK Kidani house. Will there be a hair dryer? Coffee making? What kind of coffee filters needed?

    Hi Christine!

A stay at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village is always a treat. From the moment you step into the exotic lobby you are transported into an African savanna lodge with dark woods, painted tapestries and art, and African music.  But what really makes a visit to Kidani Village special is being able to watch exotic animals roaming throughout the vast savannas surrounding the Resort. There is simply nothing like it!

During your stay at Kidani Village, you will be happy to know that there is a complimentary hair dryer provided in all Deluxe Studios and Villas. This should certainly help to free up some additional packing space in your suitcase!

I am also pleased to confirm that you will find a full sized coffee maker in your 2 Bedroom Villa, perfect for making a hot cup of coffee to enjoy outside on your balcony. I spoke with a Cast Member at Kidani who confirmed that currently there are a variety of different coffee makers in the Villas at Kidani, most of which should work with flat bottom filters. Alternatively, additional pre-packaged coffee filters are available through Mousekeeping. If you have a Disney Vacation Club reservation, you will receive two pre-packaged coffee filters which will be replenished on your fourth day. Additional packages can be purchased at a nominal price. If you booked a cash reservation, pre-packaged coffee filter refills are complimentary.

Should you have any further questions about your upcoming trip, come back and visit us anytime at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Jambo!
